Giulia Panozzo
Several administrative staff members handle different aspects of the PhD program. However, Giulia Panozzo (pictured in the photo) is the main administrative reference person for all PhD students. She is the primary contact for any matter related to your PhD activities: from teaching and training requirements to administrative needs and mission procedures. If you have any question, issue, or request, she will either assist you directly or guide you to the right person or office.

Giovanna Mezzetti
Giovanna Mezzetti is the administrative reference person for all matters related to travel, missions and reimbursements. She is your go-to contact for both national and international mission requests and for the reimbursement procedures. Giovanna will assist you as PhD students throughout each stage of the process
