My research interests focus on sleep quality and circadian rhythms in daily life. Using ecological and wearable-based methods such as actigraphy, I investigate sleep quality and sleep-wake rhythms in individuals with eating disorders. I am also interested in the use of ecological momentary assessment (EMA) in the general population, particularly among individuals reporting insomnia symptoms and possible eating-disorder-related concerns. By integrating these methods, my research aims to shed light on the daily-life associations between sleep quality, eating-related symptoms, affect, and emotion regulation.
