Mission Requests

Please note:

  • Authorization requests must be submitted at least 10 days before the planned departure date.
  • The travelling request must be submitted in any case, even if you do not need a refund, to ensure insurance coverage.
  • The University’s virtual card must be used whenever applicable, as it allows expenses to be covered directly without requiring personal advance payments.

  • No request is needed if you travel within Padova, and no refund will be provided for missions shorter than 4 hours.
  • Overnight stays are allowed only for trips farther than 50 km or more than 1 hour away from Padova.
